Anthony "Tony" Magee is an intellectual property and commercial litigator. For over 35 years, Tony has represented business clients in protecting and defending their intellectual property rights and other commercial interests-first, as a Chancery Barrister practicing in the U.K., and then as an attorney in Dallas. Prior to forming Magee Legal, PLLC, Tony practiced for fifteen years at the powerhouse trial boutique, McKool Smith, PC, before being tapped to lead the intellectual property section of Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail LLP. Tony's litigation practice encompasses all types of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, particularly patent and trademark cases in federal courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
